  • Diagnostic Procedures

    1. Electromyography / Nerve Conduction (EMG / NCV / NCS): Used to measure the electrical activity in your muscles and nerves.
    2. Electroencephalography (EEG / Ambulatory EEG/ Video EEG): Used to detect electrical activity in your brain and is often used as a diagnostic tool for epilepsy.
    3. Evoked Potential Studies (VEP, BAER/ AEP, SSEP):  Used to measure the amount of electrical activity in the brain in response to stimuli (sight, sound, and touch).
    4. Electronystagmography (ENG / VNG): Used to diagnose issues with dizziness, vertigo and difficulty walking.
    5. Carotid and Transcranial Ultrasound (CTD/ TCD/ Emboli): Used to measure blood flow to the brain and screen for embolisms. Helpful in diagnosing mini-strokes, embolisms, and other issues with blood flow to the brain. 
    6. Wrist Ultrasound: An ultrasound that is used to confirm a diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome by taking high-quality images of the median nerve.

  • Therapeutic Modalities & Procedures

    1. Facet Joint Injections & Blocks: Used to relieve pain due to arthritis or other degenerative diseases by injecting medication on both sides of the vertebrae on the spine.
    2. Sacroiliac Joint Injections & Blocks: Used to treat pain in the legs and arms that are related to the lower back and pelvis or sciatica.
    3. Radiofrequency Nerve Ablations: A minimally invasive procedure that uses heat from radio waves to provide pain relief for up to two years.
    4. Joint Viscosupplementation: Joint viscosupplementation is the process of injecting hyaluronic acid into the knee in order to restore balance and movement in the joint.

    6. Heel Spur Injections: Used to relieve pain for patients suffering from calcium deposit forms on the bottom of the heel bone (heel spurs). 
    7. Neurotoxin Injections:  Neurotoxin injections are used to relieve pain from neurological issues such as headaches, arthritis, back pain, neuropathy, and excessive sweating.
    8. TMJ Injections: Used to address the pain and symptoms associated with TMJ such as headaches, pain while chewing, talking, etc.
    9. Epidural Steroid Injections: Used to treat pain in the legs and arms that are related to the back
    10. Canalith Repositioning Maneuver (Vertigo Treatment):  Used to stop the enervating symptoms of dizziness and vertigo.
